Paint The Town – La Porte

Inaugural Paint The Town Mural Festival, taking place from July 8-12 in Downtown La Porte.

The Festival will bring 4 nationally recognized artists to La Porte to create 4 large-scale murals in just 5 days.

Visitors can watch the murals take shape and enjoy guided tours that provide an inside look at the creative process. The festival concludes on Sunday, July 12, with a special historical tour led by Fonda Owens, exploring the mural locations and their history.

Following the tour, there will be a closing celebration at the La Porte Fire House. Meet the artists and organizers, enjoy appetizers and music, and celebrate the completion of La Porte’s newest public art installations. A cash bar and Paint the Town La Porte T-shirts will be available.
